Bookings Sheet updated

Your booking sheet is updated and marked to show that the guest welcome email has been sent and the cleaner has been notified.

Review request sent

The automation waits until the next day after your guest checks out. An email with a personal touch is sent, thanking them for booking with you and politely requesting they leave a review, with a link in order to do this. The booking sheet is updated a final time to mark that you have sent a review request.
